Avocado Toast in the AM

My favorite healthy breakfast…anytime!! This is my go-to because it’s so easy and always fills me up. I’m a little angry with myself for not hopping on the avocado toast wagon earlier. I love it because there are so many different ways to enjoy it. You can add tomatoes, honey, or a fried egg, and so many different seasonings. I will say I am not the best at picking out fresh avocados, ha. So I usually buy the the single packs of mashed avocado. It makes my life a lot easier!

Recipe:

2 slices of toasted gluten free bread

1 pack mashed avocado or half fresh avocado

sprinkle of garlic salt & pepper
